6. Service Availability & Changes

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
  • Free users may experience queue delays during peak usage periods. Premium users receive priority processing.

7. Disclaimers

  • LTX-2 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect video generation results.
  • Generated videos may not always meet your expectations, and the AI may produce unexpected or unintended content.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the platform or generated content.
  • LTX-2 is an AI tool and may generate content that requires review and editing before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTX-2 and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using LTX-2 in the 12 months preceding the claim.
